Help Please! What's wrong with my lights?
You've had lights installed, great! Now what?
All we know is that we hope we “do” get to see you a few times over the years! We want to keep a close relationship with all of our customers. Don’t expect us to come out, put in lights, and never see you again. We are here for the long haul!

Numerous reasons can lead to a maintenance call. A storm can blow through, and all of a sudden your entire system is on the fritz. You decide that it’s time to revamp your landscaping, or maybe those lights of yours just need some TLC. These are all great reasons to have a trained and certified maintenance technician take a look at your system!

When we arrive to do quarterly maintenance or a service call, we give the entire system a once over. Oftentimes you’re not sure what caused the shortage, and that’s okay - we like solving those problems for you!
System failure can be caused by rodents that have uncovered or chewed a wire, a landscaper might have nicked a wire, or an irrigation or aeration specialist has caused a break. While wires can be a primary reason for a short; we check many things. Checking that all fixtures are clean of debris both inside and out, that moisture has not made its way inside, and also checking that all the lenses are in good condition.
We check the fixtures in the trees to ensure that the tree is not growing over and pinching the wire (which can cause a short). Last but not least, we take a look at the brain of it all, the transformer. We make sure it's sealed up properly, check the amperage, and look at the timer. If the transformer is not functioning properly, that can cause a full system shut down - no one wants that!
So, whether you purchased your system from us or you have an existing system, we can service it. If your system is ever acting up and you're not sure what might be causing the hiccup, we will send out our maintenance specialist and take a look!
